Thanks so much for making Saturday such a bigsuccess!  The class had a great time, andso did I.  It was great working with eachof you and I would definitely do it again. The team's expertise in dealing with reunions and events of this typewas very valuable and helped me to make the best decisions for the party andalso to be better prepared for the inevitable issues involved in dealing withclassmates.  I think it could have been avery stressful and difficult process had the class not chosen Gunstock &BCG.

The Powder Keg Pub was a perfect venue for us, thanks forrecommending it!  We ended up gettingstood up by only 4 guests, so there were 63 there on Saturday.  We had plenty of space but it still felt likea good party.  The outdoor deck was ahuge bonus and people really enjoyed taking advantage of the good weather.  The coordinated place-settings also lookedgreat and, combined with the balloons, offered exactly enough decoration to beclassy in an understated and casual way. It was a great venue for our 10 year high school reunion party.

I really appreciate all of the effort Gunstock and BCGput forth to make this an affordable event during these difficult times (whilenot sacrificing any of the experience or fun).

You all were very flexible with your time and alwaysthere when I needed to set-up, break-down, pay, etc.  It was a refreshing change to deal with goodand friendly people like you all, and I always felt like we were working towardthe same goal.  This was a greatexperience and I would recommend Gunstock and BCG to friends that are planningevents in the area.

Hello,

For fear of never writing an actual letter, I thought better to email than nothing.

My children and I spent last Friday at Gunstock.  We were visiting our cousins in New Hampshire and wanted to get the kids skiing together.  The kids are ages 3,4, 5, and 6.

While the younger ones stayed on the magic carpet, my son and I decided to take a run.  Before doing so, my son wanted to see a trail map…long story short-several of your staff members went totally out of their way to get one for us.  We didn’t move an inch.  The gentleman who handed it to us had a badge, with Cheshire Connecticut on it.  My son and I were checking out the map and talking- a gentleman heard us from his snowmobile and gave us a little hint on which chairlift to take where.(Thin gentleman, 40s-50s)

I needed to write, because kindness like that is hard to find these days and both gentleman we came in contact with were genuinely nice.  Please pass the word on to somebody who will pass it on to the gentlemen I described.  My family and I are from Connecticut and we have skied many mountains in VT and NH.  Gunstock was a wonderful experience, it is what I remember skiing like as a kid!  You are doing a wonderful job.

Good Morning Wendy,

 I owe you an apology for not stopping by last week to say “Hello”.  I did want to tell you that everyone on our little group had a GREAT TIME!    We had a few folks who have not been to Gunstock before and they were extremely happy about the mountain, the conditions and the trails as well as the food and services!    That is great news for me since I still in many ways consider Gunstock to be my “Home” mountain.  I even got to spend some time with a couple of my Learning Center Buddies who are still teaching there.  

 Please say hello to Tom P for me as I was not able to stop by the office.  I am sure by now that he has heard from the other guys that I was up there.

I just wanted to say thank you to the great staff at Gunstock. My two daughters were at the mountain yesterday for their second snowboarding lesson. Unfortunately, they both seemed to be overwhelmed when they went on the mountain itself. Gary, their instructor-who had 7 in his group, suggested that I ask the supervisor if there was someone available to finish the last hour of their lesson back on the magic carpet. I was very appreciative of how supportive the staff was. One of the supervisors went immediately and got Pete, who happened to be the girls' first day instructor, and he finished the lesson on the magic carpet. My husband and I really cannot say enough about the flexibility of the staff and the quality of the lesson that Pete gave them on both days. I will be requesting him for their third lesson.

I just felt that it was nice to hear the "good stuff", not just the complaints.
