Soulfest Information
During SoulFest, Gunstock expands its camping capacity to over 700 sites. In addition to our standard campground configuration of Premium and Basic sites, we add Campside sites in and around the campground, plus we utilize our ski terrain to create Mountainside sites. Festival Dates: Wednesday August 4 to Saturday August 7, 2010
Camping Dates: Tuesday afternoon August 3 through Sunday morning August 8, 2010.
- Campers arriving Tuesday August 3rd will be guided directly to their sites. Campers arriving on Wednesday August 4th will need to park and check in at the Welcome Center for directions to their campsite. All campers should plan to be on site by Wednesday evening. It is recommended that you arrive during daylight as it can be difficult to set up your site in the dark.
- Up to 12 people are permitted per campsite during Soulfest.
- All campsites rent for a flat rate for the festival. There are no daily rentals or rates during SoulFest. For a schedule of camping rates, click here.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a campsite. Payment in full is due by April 1, 2010. Resevations made after April 1, 2010 require full payment.
- No refunds for cancellations after June 1st. Prior to June 1, 50% of total site fee is refundable.

Camping at Gunstock during SoulFest is reserved exclusively for multi-day SoulFest ticket buyers.
