NENSA announces Club Of The Year

Summary: Gunstock Nordic embodies the spirit that we look for in our clubs...
GunstockNordic has some unique features about it. It's home of not one, but twopast olympians; three time gold medal winner Nina Gavriluk, and Igor Badamshin who has amasseda 14th place at the 50 km Olympics in 1994 and two 5th place finishesat the Workd Championships; It is also home to a newly designed JohnMorton Trail system which we tested out this winter at our finalEastern Cup Race; and it's home of Andy and Martina Howe, the drivingforces behind the happenings at Gunstock.
Setting the standardsfor the skiers they coach and mentor, they provide the group thattrains at Gunstock with a wealth of knowledge, fun and support at theBKL, junior, senior and masters levels.
The crew of Igor, Nina,Andy and Martina provide service to it members, athlete development,event hosting and event development. Gunstock to date has hosted theBKL Festival, NENSA's Event Organizer Seminar, and their first everEastern Cup race this past winter.
