Below is a list of just some of the events taking place this season at Gunstock's Cross Country & Snowshoe Center. Be sure to check out all the events at the mountain. We look forward to seeing you there.

- Open House - Stop in to say hi and learn about all of the new and exciting things happening at the Nordic Center! Saturday December 12
- Friday Social:Participate in our ski or snowshoe group every Friday to get into the weekend early. Enjoy a social atmosphere as you meet fellow Nordies at the Cross Country center Yurt. Ski in large or small groups; an instructor will start each social at 2PM with a 30 minute session of a basic to advanced technique to practice. Meet at 4PM for free tea and hot chocolate. $10 per session or season pass holders can join for just $40 for the season. Every Friday beginning New Years Day!
- Golden Classics:Come out and slide, Glide, and ride with our 50+ social ski & snowshoe group every Thursday at 10AM. Each session will include an instructor providing tips along the way. The group will finish with a cool down and stretch. Complimentary hot chocolate and tea will be served in the yurt. Skill level – beginner to expert. Golden Classics membership is just $40 for the season for season pass holders or $10 per session for non pass holders. Every Thursday beginning January 7, 2010
- Slide, Glide, and Ride clinics:Open to beginners and intermediates this clinic will provide a strong foundation of cross country skiing skills (classic and skate). Learn techniques and how to apply them to various trail conditions. Taught by our PSIA Certified Instructors the cost is just $25 or $10 for Season Pass Holders. Fee does not include trail pass or rentals. January 30, 2010 & February 20, 2010
- Thrills, Hills, and Avoid the Spills:Participate in this fun clinic taught by our PSIA certified instructors and/ or race coaches that focuses on technique for attacking hills and turns. The cost is just $25 or $10 for Season Pass Holders. Fee does not include trail pass or rentals. January 2, 2010 & February 6, 2010
- FREE Wax Clinics:Learn the latest procedures to ensure a great day out on the trail. Skate & Classic waxing. Each session we will draw to see whose skis will be waxed for FREE. December 19, 2009, January 9, 2010 & February 6, 2010,
- Snowshoe Nature Tour: Saturdays 10 -12Noon - $25 per person, $10 rentals (must have 3 or more)
- Headlamp Ski Tour:Enjoy this guided tour on either a beginner loop or an intermediate loop around Gunstock’s XC trails. Snowshoers are also welcome. $25 per person, $10 rentals, and headlamp is provided.
