2009/2010 SEASON PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

AGE REQUIREMENT - An individual's age as of 12/31/2009 will determine eligibility for pass categories. Birth certificates are required for Buckaroo passes. Gunstock reserves the right to require proof of age for all pass categories. 

TRANSFER/ALTERATION OF PASSES - Season's passes are NOT transferable. Pass holder understands that any misuse and/ or transfer of a season pass may be criminally prosecuted under RSA 637:8Transfer/alteration or other misuse of pass will result in confiscation and criminal prosecution.  

FORGOTTEN, MISPLACED, OR LOST PASSES - No complimentary day tickets will be issued for forgotten/lost passes. A discounted ($10.00) lift ticket will be issued once, after which no further discounts will be allowed. A $25.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost passes.  

CREDIT POLICY - Once a pass is issued, no cash refunds will be issued. Credit towards next season's pass will be issued in the event of a proven injury or illness. Credit on passes will be pro-rated as follows:

  • Pre-season 90%
  • Before 12/31/2009 75%
  • Before 1/31/2010 25%
  • After February 1, 2010, no further credit will be given. 

 NOTE:  A $25 processing fee will be charged for each cancelled pass. 

PASS PHOTOS - Pass photos will be taken during the following times:

  • Weekends starting November 7, 2009: 10:00am-3:00pm.
  • Friday November 27, 2009 through Thursday December 3, 2009: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Opening Day through to the start of Night Operations: ½ Hour Prior to opening – 4:00 pm
 At the start of night skiing operations:
  • ½ Hour Prior to opening – 7:00 pm
 WAIVER REQUIRED - A waiver & release must be signed for each Season Pass issued. Parents must sign a waiver for children under 18 years before the pass is issued.
